Terms and risks

Last updated 1 October 2026

Read this before you use greenshoe.xyz or hold Greenshoe tokens. By using the site, connecting a wallet to it or signing a transaction it prepares, you agree to what follows. If you don't, don't use it.

What Greenshoe is

Greenshoe is an on-chain reserve on Robinhood Chain and the website around it, built and run by the Greenshoe team. It is not a company, a broker, an exchange, a bank, a fund or an adviser. The site is software: it reads public blockchains and prepares transactions that you review and sign in your own wallet. We never hold your funds or your keys, and we can't reverse, cancel or recover a transaction once you sign it.

No advice, no promises

Nothing on the site, in our posts or from our bots is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Greenshoe tokens give you no rights: they are not shares, debt, a claim on any company or a promise of profit, income or value. Their one on-chain feature is the one the code describes: the reserve contract lets any holder burn tokens for a pro-rata share of what it holds, minus 2%. The reserve is not a price floor, and it can be worth far less than the token trades for. You can lose everything you put in.

What the founder does

The founder receives 60% of the reserve contract's fee income, chooses which Stock Token the reserve buys and the most it may pay for it (each choice is public for 3 days before any purchase, so holders can redeem first), and runs this site, the keeper and the bots. The founder can stop running them at any time. The contracts keep working without them: anyone can trigger their functions, and holders can always redeem.

Who can't use it

You may not use the site to transact, or hold or trade Greenshoe tokens or Stock Tokens through it, if you are in, a resident or citizen of, or acting for someone in the United States and its territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands); Canada; the United Kingdom; Switzerland; Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine’s occupied regions, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan and Venezuela, or anywhere else Robinhood restricts Stock Tokens or where using this would break the law that applies to you. Don't use a VPN or anything else to get around the regional block. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and taxes that apply to you.

Stock Tokens and other third parties

Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood, not by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Robinhood or any company named on the site; names and logos are used only to identify assets. Trades and bridges run through services we don't control (KyberSwap, Relay, the launchpad, Uniswap pools, your wallet, public RPC providers). They can fail, change, charge their own fees, pause or be attacked. Prices on the site are indicative and can be late or wrong; your wallet shows what you actually sign.

Fees

Trades made through the site pay a 0.3% fee on their Robinhood Chain leg, shown before you sign. It goes to the flywheel wallet, which uses it to buy Greenshoe tokens for the reserve to burn. Network gas, bridge fees and the token's own trading tax are separate and paid to others.

Risks

Privacy

There are no accounts and no tracking cookies. Our server sees your IP address and the country Cloudflare reports, uses them to apply the regional block and to limit request rates, and keeps them only briefly in memory; it keeps no visitor log. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes requests under its own policy. Wallet addresses are public on-chain; when you open the token picker, the server looks up the public balances of the address you connected. Your choices (such as accepting these terms) stay in your browser.

As is

The site, the contracts, the bots and everything else are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, no one involved in Greenshoe is liable for any loss, including lost funds, that comes from using them or from not being able to use them.
