A reserve built to buy the next mega-IPO within a week of listing.
Over 1% of every trade goes into an on-chain reserve. When the next mega-IPO’s Stock Token goes live, the reserve buys it in public, hour by hour, after a 3-day timelock. Burn your tokens anytime for your slice.
The launch window is open. The contract address goes out on @greenshoexyz and in Telegram first.

Pre-IPO perpetual markets put a live number on the biggest private companies. We track them, the road to each listing, and every Stock Token deployed on Robinhood Chain. Free, and updated every minute.

Read from the contract, not from us.
Once the Reserve deploys at launch, every number here comes straight from the chain, and every fee, swap and purchase is listed with its transaction so you can check each one.
When the Green Shoe Manufacturing Company went public in 1963, its underwriters wrote in a new clause: the right to sell extra shares and buy them back after the listing to steady the price. Wall Street still calls it the greenshoe.
It has always worked for the banks running the deal. This one runs on-chain, in public, and any holder can burn tokens for a share of what it holds.
How it works
Trade
Every trade pays 3%. The launchpad keeps 0.3%; the contract collects the other 2.7% and puts 40% of it, about 1.08% of every trade, into the reserve. The rest runs the project. Anyone can trigger the collection; our keeper does it hourly.
Hold
The reserve swaps its ETH to USDG in small hourly clips, each priced against a 30-minute average. There is no withdraw function.
Buy
When a mega-IPO’s Stock Token is live on-chain, the founder proposes it as the target. The contract checks it is a genuine Stock Token, waits 3 days in public, then buys in hourly clips.
Burn
Burn your tokens anytime for your share of the USDG, ETH and Stock Tokens in the reserve. 2% of each redemption stays behind for the holders who remain.
Burn for your slice.
You receive your pro-rata share of everything the reserve holds, in kind, minus the 2% that stays behind. No queue and no lockup. The contract sets the exact amount when your transaction runs.
What can go wrong.
Read this before you buy.
No third-party audit yet
The contract’s source is verified on-chain at launch, and it passes 45 tests run against a copy of the live chain, plus two internal attack reviews and two automated analyzers. No outside firm has audited it. A bug could lose funds, and an immutable contract cannot be patched.
The founder picks the target
One key proposes which Stock Token the reserve buys, and can replace it at any time. Every proposal or change restarts a 3-day public wait, so you can redeem first if you disagree, and it also means the founder could keep delaying purchases. The contract accepts only a genuine Stock Token and a Uniswap v3 USDG pool from the official factory (the founder picks the fee tier). It cannot tell a mega-IPO from any other Stock Token. That key cannot withdraw anything.
The reserve is not a price floor
Early on, the reserve is a small fraction of the market cap. The token can trade far below or above what redeeming pays.
The IPO can slip
Listings get delayed or cancelled, and the reserve stays in USDG until one happens. Recent mega-IPOs got their Stock Token a trading day after listing, but it can take longer. The founder can only propose it once it is live, and buying starts 3 days after that proposal. If no mega-IPO lists by 31 March 2027, the founder will propose a liquid Stock Token instead, under the same 3-day rule. That fallback is a promise, not code.
Buys can be partial or refused
Each hourly clip is priced against the 30-minute average. If the price is already more than about 1% away from it, or the clip is too big for the pool, the clip is refused and retried later. A clip that would push the price more than about 1.5% fills only partly, and the full amount still counts against that hour’s cap. So the reserve can buy less, later. The depth check reads the pool’s current liquidity, so it cannot rule out a pool someone has deliberately stacked.
Stock Token issuer controls
Stock Tokens can be paused or blocked by their issuer. If one is, redemptions still pay out everything else and skip that token.
Launchpad override
The launchpad’s owner can redirect the token’s future fees after a public 3-day timelock. Fees already in the reserve stay there, and we post an alert if it ever starts.
Dollars and rules
USDG can lose its peg. Stock Token rules differ by country and can change. Not available to persons in the US, Canada, the UK, Switzerland or any jurisdiction Robinhood restricts, including sanctioned countries. Nothing here is investment advice.
How to buy.
The Buy button on this site takes any token from 50+ chains, Solana included, and bridges and buys in one go. To do it by hand, Robinhood Chain needs two minutes of setup first.
Add the network
Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum layer 2 that uses ETH for gas. One click adds it to your wallet (chain ID 4663).
Bridge some ETH
Relay and Across land in seconds. The official Arbitrum bridge from Ethereum takes about 10 minutes. Keep a little ETH behind for gas. Buying a Stock Token too? The markets page bridges and buys those in one go as well.
Buy the real one
At launch, @greenshoexyz posts the contract address and our Telegram bot sends it to everyone on its list, and the Buy button on this site buys exactly that one. Anything else is a copy.
FAQ
What is the flywheel?
Anyone can trade Stock Tokens on our markets page, paying with any token from 50+ chains. Each trade pays a 0.3% fee into a wallet that holds nothing else. Every hour the keeper uses what has gathered to buy Greenshoe tokens and send them to the reserve, which burns them. The wallet and every purchase are public. It runs on our keeper, so it is a promise, not contract code.
Where does the rest go?
To the founder’s wallet: 60% of what the contract collects, about 1.62% of every trade. It pays for IPO Watch, the servers, the X account and the work. The split is fixed in the contract and every payout shows up in the proof feed.
Can anyone take the reserve?
There is no withdraw function and no admin key over the funds. The only ways out are the timelocked buys and holder redemptions. The realistic risks are different ones: a contract bug, or a purchase into a pool someone has stacked. Both are under What can go wrong, above.
Which IPO will it buy?
The founder commits to proposing the first mega-IPO whose Stock Token goes live on Robinhood Chain with a usable pool. The contract can’t judge which listing counts as mega; it only checks that the target is a genuine Stock Token. IPO Watch shows the candidates and their timelines.
Why hold dollars until then?
So the reserve’s buying power on listing day doesn’t swing with ETH in the meantime.
Why buy in hourly clips?
One large order would move the price against holders. Small clips, each checked against a 30-minute average price, keep every purchase close to fair value, and anyone can watch them land.
What do I get if I redeem after the IPO buy?
Your share of every asset the reserve holds at that moment, sent straight to your wallet: USDG, any ETH still waiting to be swapped, and the Stock Tokens it bought.
